I don't have a vid, but you look at the wall, jump, drop your item and immediately jump.

It's pretty specific though.
The idea is that you drop the item against the wall, which enables its collision temporarily, allowing you to jump on it.
You kinda have to look at the wall, slightly down, if that helps.

It's also way easier to just get the keycard, usually.

for starters either one kid and one neighbor you gotta find keys and go basement or get the child whichever role you are

and the other is just fighting with items

It depends who you play. You still get the full 6 player XP if everyone else quits after you've loaded in.
So 200 for winning, like, 120 for all the keys. Then your character specific ones (so it's not really helpful if Brave can't get the 100 counterstrike XP, but it's good for Detective).
Then smaller amounts for traps broken, barricades removed, keycards used, and so on.
