Increase the CD for his dash ability. I’d also remove the perk/upgrade where his stamina regenerates quickly. I genuinely don’t care what anyone says or agues against this. The fact that a perk literally nullifies the downsides that are meant to make the Journalist balanced is ridiculous. He needs to be a character that is always at risk or vulnerable. It would make up with the running speed he haves.
