Yes, but this is after you fly the rocket to the Moon. Which means that Nicky's house is on the Moon. Since Theodore is needed to launch the rocket, this proves that Theodore isn't wholly violent - when he says "get out of my house" he really does mean it, and will go to lengths to make it happen peacefully if given the chance, even donating his rocket so the Rescue Squad can return home. I was going somewhere with this.
