The "One man army" achievment, i got really lucky bc the neighbor left and the other two kids helped me.

I just have "Totally Secret Neighbor" remaining

That's probably the hardest one IMO, it's the last one I had to get too.
Try hiding the number 1 keycards if you can get to them first, and hope they don't know skips.
I find Amusement Park the easiest for this, I've done it multiple times now on that map.
It's also easier as Detective as you can spot keycards through walls and containers, but I did it first time as Brave so as long as you're quick and know where to go, you can get it.

In Amusement Park, throw them over the fence to the number 1 area. Just watch for people doing the skip at the gate (usually they don't, but throw some stuff at them if they do).

More. At least 5, maybe? People usually check the area left of spawn first, so head there straight away, including up the ramp to the roof.
Then go to the outside area before the N2 door, and then check inside the circus tent.
After that, you should have gotten rid of them all.

It works on other maps too!
But Return of the Guest has ways around the first keycard doors.

Space would work too, you just won't have anywhere risk free to hide keycards.

Missing or Wanted isn't bad either, but be really quick and check inside before outside (they don't spawn outside often, though they can spawn there).

Neighbor Case can also work, but there's a skip at the back of the house you should watch for.

Amusement Park has the most skips (ever keycard door is skippable), but most players don't do the skip for 1 or 2, and you can't get enough keys to win from area 3.
