fr, I used to play on a really bad laptop on the lowest resolution (even lower than 800x600) and on the lowest graphics settings and even then, I would get like 20 fps max. Had to work with what I had. Finally got a good PC tho (not that great but can run most games on medium - high, 1080p)

Otto's main ability is the gun, you're supposed to use that. It makes up for his lack of stealth abilities (even using the remote control you have to be transformed in the first place), so most of the time you'll end up in a fight. But his weak HP and no movement abilities means he needs a stun.
The reload timer isn't exactly short, people just play around that timer pretty well.
