I’m brave, there’s a leader, and another brave and we do some basic exploring and we distract the neighbor, while the detective and engineer stay back and find all the keys and keycards, while me, the other brave, and the leader are teaming up to distract the neighbor

That’s the whole point she’s the leader of the operation She’s supposed to be giving the orders and assisting players not fighting

She doesn't have anything that can benefit her from fighting except blinding (which is kind of useless since its not like they help you escape the neighbor's grab and it haves a bit of a high cooldown).
