You see, traps are no longer there to dismay the rush of the player but are instead there to disrupt the players time and cosume while they (traps) are being hidden in the dark
This ruins the stealth and the gameplay entirely

That's the problem, the limit to the stamina wouldn't even affect the players at all. In fact, it makes it much easier for them if they team against the neighbor because if the neighbor throws stuff at the kids and loses stamina, the team (kids) would have enough time to harvest and attack the neighbor until the neighbor dies. Which is what made the neighbor role weak

we need a system like that to keep things in balance but thanks to quentin's talents easily negating it I think that instead of draining regular stamina it should have its own 'throwing stamina' like your arms get tired, not your legs.

@daring gate so I read your post and I can agree on some of the things but what this game really needs is jumping stamina players should be punished for constantly jumping around and yes jumping is required for some things like getting to certain areas
But I think it might be a good idea to punish players who jump around to frequently and again it would be a different stamina use because you’re using your legs not your arms
Also, if both are added, then essentially jumping around and hitting, the neighbor would decrease your stamina by like 50% for even trying to fight so this would be a good balance

The thing is that playing Secret Neighbor stealthily and not running around etc. is the most inefficient way of playing the game. Nobody has ever played the game like this and nobody ever will because it's not efficient. The explorers are on a 15 minute timer to unlock the basement door. Every single second they spend not running around the place means giving the neighbor time to catch them. As for the neighbor, every single second he spends in the kid form he is giving the explorers time to find the keys.
The developers can nerf kids as much as they want and nothing will ever change. You can't punish people for playing the game optimally which means ignoring the voice chat and rushing the basement/transforming at the start as the neighbor.
