well, support couldn't help because I didn't really meet the minimum requirements and I don't blame them, I put a 5 star rate because everyone was trying to help and kind and took matters in my own hands

now instead of the game loading 1 time out of 100 tries, it loads 1 time out of 3 times

in my opinion, that's a big improvement for a computer that doesn't meet even the minimum system requirements
