The one problem I would say is that they haven't found a way to properly balance the fairness of the game , years ago when it was released it heavily favoured the kids. Now it heavily favours the neighbour ( bear traps all over , blocked drawers and doors that are boarded up) . These things all combined together have made it easier for people to catch kids as the neighbour. No one ever picks the normal neighbour now because there's already traps laid out in the house to help them.

I personally would remove the blocked drawers and the traps. I would keep the glue traps above the door

I personally think Making Sn HN2 Style was a great idea but they could've implemented it better it feels like they prioritize Looks over Gameplay and yes imo some things should stay the same like Bear traps Or Toy gun
They did it with the crowbar so why not OG Toygun
