Hi I am sorry but I cant tell why you cant use a voice chat, if you are on steam, the base settings is that you have to press "v" button to talk, check the settings if you have this avaible. There is avaible to choose from always on, press to talk or off. If you are on other platform that I am not sure cuz I play sn only on steam
