sn really need just a total rework update. Announce the game is entering another hiatus, explain why, and then start to work on the game behind the scenes. Fix artstyle issues, fix the numerous bugs that are in the game. Rework the talents, make new and better talents, and make the game more stealth base. Majority of people want stealth, not combat. Encourage teamwork more, make the Explorers have to work together in order to survive, and make it feel like the Neighbor has a chance and things aren't unfair.

It randomly appears in the house every match, even in solo custom games (which you should do to get this part of the event.)

You'll want to be ghost and open that cabinet, throwing the heart key through the back of it before you use ghost's ability to go through walls to get into a secret area right by the cabinet that you opened before. Inside there's a purple box you can open with the key and get a treasure.
