A simple fix blocking uses twice the amount of stamina then all other abilities because a situation where neighbor has rage chasing someone, and when they try to defend themselves and the neighbor blocks it and they activate rage and other possible scenarios it’s pretty much an unfair advantage

Blocking could have like a bar of it's own. Let's say a yellow bar for instance. The Neighbor can block until that bar runs it out, in which case it will take 3-5 seconds before it starts regenerating again. The Neighbor can block, in total, for 10-15 seconds.

He uses up his arm strength blocking

So for a short period of time after hes blocked for too long his throw speed and damage and stun should be reduced

Because he could clip right though doors even if they were blocked
