So on full stamina throwing and item does full damage but on have stamina you only deal half the amount of damage. She was though that's the thing. 3 hits to the Neighbor and you get your ability to escape from his grasp. Which lead to a lot of scenarios where Braves would purposely hunt down the Neighbor, and if anything went wrong, they could just use their ability and continue to damage the Neighbor until he died.

Now what about that sounds fair?

because scout has two kinds of fire for her slingshot, the patch notes only say that charged shots were changed so i was under the expectation that doing quick shots still stun the neighbor

They really should just remove powershot from the game or make it so that power shot does a longer stun instead of more damage, but if you use powershot you get a longer cooldown on the slingshot so you can't stun lock

yeah i feel like the charged shot is kind of a misguided fix for how people felt scout was SUPER weak back in 2020, when brave was meta and box spamming was the most powerful it ever was
