Anything attacking you is deflected but you go slow until you stop blocking

Blocking wouldn't be a state you can go into, otherwise if a kid is cornered the neighbor can just walk up to them when blocking and that's it. It's rather like brave's counterstrike EXCEPT for somethings.

1. It takes stamina to block and will slow you down, especially if you kept spamming the block button over and over again (to prevent block spamming)
2. Powermilk throws will somewhat still hurt you
3. Rifle shots cannot be blocked.

oh and no, Neighbors cannot grab right after blocking.

I still don't get why. They added the quenzo skin which could be considered hn2 promotion. Not just adding quentin all together.
