Refunds have always been possible, but they have never been stated that they are possible until not too long ago

Purchases are recorded, which makes sense because cosmetics used to cost actual real money. (They still sorta do, but before it was like a direct payment for a cosmetic that you wanted.) So that meant that cosmetics were always able to be refunded, and still are even after they switched to arcade coupons

There's also a lot of crashes for some people

And then there's otto who is incredibly broken

The update also cut my fps almost in half

And many animations are broken

So instead make his damage be quite a lot less when only 1 or no kids have the fear effect. And the more kids that have the effect the maximum damage you do

This would make him good against warding off groups and making kids not fight him

But not being overpowered
