Your antivirus incorrectly interpreted the anticheat as a virus, and is thus warning about it. Don't worry though, the app is safe. If it wasn't it would be removed from the Steam store.

he lied to us numerous times that he would stop and remove the huge amount of levels. he was actually nice to my friends but not me because i was an "unfair player" apparently, when he was the one having the 1000 second rage hack lol
