What if they added a perk (for all kids) called like adrenaline or something; when you get the fear effect after being peaceful you gain a 2 second speed boost so like basically when you get scared you run faster for a small amount of time as a way to get away from the neighbor (it will only work once every 20 seconds so if you loose fear and regain fear before the 20 seconds is up it won't activate)
