yknow some players reached the low end, when one stands in the open basement door with the gun. Unable to shoot the hiding neighbor(park) he shoots his running teammate and runs away to the basement. The teammate is on the ground, unable to get up, he starts crawling towards the door, but the neighbor jumps down and kills him. This now dead person knocked me on the ground earlier and i got killed first (as im the worst player and this is a world record) yet i still felt bad for that person, who was shot by his own teammate. Peak multiplaying.

i don't get it honestly. everyone's reporting the same thing this update. Majority of people here are suffering a imbalance against them.

Kids splitting up and Neighbor being skillful when the person is a kid

It's not a skill issue as it's happening to a lot of people. It's like the game is against certain people in QG.

WIth the way the full game is, it's not really the players' fault. SN doesn't have the mechanics that developers market, in fact it nearly completely fails in the stealth genre as a asymmetrical game. The only time the game is going to be played the way it was intended is if a group of new players make a custom game and play.

Ok so at the start of the match the neighbors abilities will be like this:

• Clown can't choose what prop he turns into yet, his confusion ability is locked
• Butchers pathfinder ability is locked and he can't hook kids with saucepans
• Guest's crow sense is locked and using scare croak won't stun will only drop held items
• Gjost can't portal block doors yet
• Scary neighbor can't get rage from inflicting damage yet

Then after the a few kills the neighbors get more powerful

• 1st kill is health upgrade: neighbors gain a lot of health and their recovering speed is increased
• 2nd kill their abilities are strengthened (clown has confusion, butcher can hook kids with saucepans and use pathfinder, scary can get rage by inflicting damage, etc..)
• 3rd kill: neighbors get 1.5x the amount of stamina they normally have and they recover stamina faster, missing grabs also takes less stamina now

By then there are 2 kids left

And you just need to kill them but there's no reason to get more powerful at that point with only 2 kids

I ordered them that way on purpose. The 1st death gives you more health just in the case that you end up in a fight with other players that tried to come to the rescue of the friend, but you won't be completely combat based yet (for example scary neighbor won't be able to get rage from inflicting damage yet to further encourage you to not play combat wise). The 2nd kill makes a little more sense now, and with only 3 kids left now that you are stronger enough if you do get in a fight you should be able to plow through them, this encourages them to run away and stop fighting as you are stronger, but they can still get away but once you get the 3rd kill you get more stamina and since their are so little kids left they will be forced to run instead of fight you, but the extra stamina allows for longer and better chases.

definitely, in a 6 player match the flow should be something like
0 kills: everything is chill for the most part; suspicion is little but still there, the neighbor will have to play it cool and wait for the right opportunity
1 kill: serious accusations are being brought out, people will have to start telling their alibies now, but if the neighbor plans it out he can get away with it
2 kills: similar pace to 1 kill but with more urgency, this is the last point where the neighbor has a reason to stay undercover for long
3 kills and beyond: if the kids haven't figured out who the neighbor is yet, they are likely staying very close together, and the neighbor will have enough power to where staying undercover won't achieve as much, at best a good ambush spot but splitting people up and getting away with it is mostly out of the picture

of course if the neighbor messes up at an early point and his identity slips, then the punishment is having a harder but not impossible game

again though it's hard to discuss hypotheticals and whether they would actually work or not, since game devs figure that stuff out through, believe it or not, actual playtesting (who could have guessed!)
