Thats actually a 10 brain strategy

scouts main ability her slingshot is so good in so many different ways as well as being able to refill her stash infinitely and quickly but having a mini leader ability that you can easily get from just tap firing. her slingshot is soo good, not only are the projectiles tiny so it doesn't get stuck on objects like a door the neighbor might be next to but its fast and no bullet drop so its just as easy as point and shoot but then they buffed her to the point where she can damage with her nuts which means you can stun lock someone so easily because stunning prevents jumping, scout is a heavily flawed character and trying to fight someone with a scout near by is just simply impossible, scout is by far the best character in the game and its not even like shes good but you need skill to use her, she's insanely easy

What they should do is have different patches for different platforms, because someone like scout may not be a problem in console-mobile lobbies while on pc if you have ever play a fps before its just simply too easy to use for the low risk it takes to play scout.
