You will find a yellow heart key somewhere in the map. Once you find that you will go to the kids bedroom and open the cabinet on the wall and throw the key through that. Once you do that use ghost and keep finding a spot to fly through near the cabinet. After that grab the key and unlock the chest.

it would force detective mains to sit in a lobby forever and basically be the same as a penalty because SN really doesn't have that many players

if there is only ONE scout on the team ALWAYS go scout, but if there are 2 scouts already then NEVER go scout, two scouts are better than one, but if you have another one you are just wasting space for more valuable memebrs.
everything i just said for scout is the same for brave.
if there is one detective on the team NEVER EVER EVER go detective but on the other hand, if there are NO detectives ALWAYS go detective
everything i just said about detective also applies to inventor (except if there are no iventors you dont "need" to go inventor but it is in your best interest.)
as for leader, they are good grouped together, but are still EXTREMELY effective solo, especially if they stay around their teammates enough to get "teamwork"
bagger is irrelevant due to his great nerf in this update. unless you are REALLY good with him and main him, dont play him

I feel like Hologryph buries these issues, which only makes them worse as they're not directly tackling them. It took them literal years to add a decent anticheat, and even then it's still not good. Literal years for some communication. Why do actual changes, improvements, communication, feedback etc. take years or ages for them to actually implement them?

Two reasons. One, the main reason, is because the other platforms that Secret Neighbor was on were multiple months behind on both patches and content. To solve this, the team decide to put Secret Neighbor into a hiatus while they dealt with the problems behind the scenes. Second, is because around late February, Russia invaded Ukraine, which is where Hologryph's office is. Therefore, they couldn't do any work as they had to be relocated to somewhere safe. And in July 2022, they released a patch that updated all platforms to the same version. This patch was the Christmas update that was planned for 2021, but didn't include any skins or snow. Just decorations.
