They kinda did that with the update we have now. The game kinda force players to split up to find items we need. For example, if a room the kids need to access is blocked with a keycard AND board combined, the kids need to actually split up to look for the room where the keycard is and where the crowbar is. That’s how the gameplay is in my experience

I see what you mean and I agree with your statement. It would be cool to have an update where kids have to split up to do kind of task to unlock a door that requires two people to split up so they can press a certain switch or button at the same time to unlock the door. And before you ask “how would a person on one side would know that the second person on the other side used a switch or button to react in time for the door to be unlocked?” Well, there would be a loud sound queue for when the player used the switch and it should take 5–10 seconds for the other player to flip the other switch in time before it’s too late in order for a certain door to be unlocked. This sounds like that I’m asking for too much and the paragraph looks confusing so idk 🤷😂

my favorite neighbor round recently was this game on map 4, got most of the kids very easily but there were 2 of them who stuck together pretty much the entire game and carried lamps with them
i tried to stall them out as much as i can, but they still got down to 1 key left on the door, however the last key was in a level 2 keycard room which they had not opened, so i ghosted inside of there and ambushed them with items right after they opened the door
i downed one of them then went for the grab on the other one and was successful, so i won the game

I didn't even win it was just super intense, here's what happened: I was on map 1 I was about to find a key as detective and then since I didn't have my flashlight I accidentally stepped into a bear trap. I heard the neighbor transform the floor above me so I was spamming spacebar ans love he was a few feet away I was able to escape it and quickly stun him... then I ran into the foyer and he was still after me and so I tried closing a door on him and it didn't work and then I ran a few feet and he caught me
