It should have a whole new animation. When your close to a kid, under the right conditions, it should pop up with a "Sneak Attack" button. And maybe the animation can be the kid struggling with the neighbor or something while they have their mouth covered. Idk, just a thought I had.

Maybe have Ted look at his hands as a animation? I mean, he quite literally just killed a kid, some maybe he'll be in a little shock. Or maybe have him fix his gloves? Something like that would feel better, and remove the stun effect aswell, the filter is awful.
