This is a bug. It happened to me on XBOX a little over 3 months ago. I experienced it twice since then. It is not a hacker or cheater, or spoofer. It's simply an angle of the Map 4 event which occurs randomly sometimes when you're caught/open the basement in spectate mode. The 'bot' is the Snow Thief; however, his model has not been triggered yet.

In case you didn't break it, and are just having some trouble, here are some tips: if you're struggling to make it across the gap in one leap, jump on to the walls first, as a checkpoint. If you fall to the bottom, look for the staircase, it will lead you back up. And remember, for the final obstacle, throw the keycard over the barrier before leaping over it. If you don't, the item will fall out of your inventory.

I think it's creative and smart. Milk increases strength and bones. Since Bagger carries more than the other kids (3 slots), it makes sense drinking milk (Vitamin D) would allow him to carry even more (4th slot); and of course, break doors down quicker, an added bonus.

You can find milk anywhere easily. So yes, it would be very easy to get the 4th slot, especially if they don't change something up with the milk spawn rate or add a twist to make it slightly more difficult to unlock the slot. Compare it to his current way to get the additional slot. It isn't difficult, but it's balanced because it's only possible to get it 4 minutes into the match at least. They haven't confirmed anything about balancing the ability with power milk and its spawning; however, they have confirmed the rework itself. We'll just have to wait and see the path they choose for balancing it out.

It doesn't spawn naturally. you need to put 12 coins in to a vending machine and buy from top to bottom then bottom to top. The final thing you buy if you did it right will be a shovel instead of a flashlight

Yes, but it is a little bit more difficult to charge it; it's not just simply hitting the Neighbor anymore. And if all the other mechanics to her Counter Strike stay as is (losing ability if grabbed/knocked down), it could be very easy to lose the immunity against the croak, especially during a neighbor war as the croak is frequently used there and getting grabbed for a second/being forced to use your bat are both common occurrences.
