i have 2 ways they could change saucepans, one way would be to make it so whenever the butcher hooks a kid with a saucepan or anything but a kid then it will have a reduced cooldown but if it lands a successful hook (hooking a kid without a saucepan) it would do a longer cooldown but wont take any stamina rewarding the neighbor player, the other way is to make saucepans more rarer (same for consumable items like chocolate bars and power milk)

if you're scary neighbor, place a couple bear traps a small distance from each other then walk into both of them 1 at a time

normally there's a long wait in-between kicks, but the baseball animation interrupting that one basically skips it

I try to gain trust and use stealth but usually I get matched with tryhards that don't give me time to think, if I have to instantly attack I will loose

I've gotten so used to trap spammers that I'm just invulnerable to them. I usually end up juking the neighbor in kid form into their own traps

neighbors are usually prepared for a stupid simple brawl so when you start actually taking advantage of your environment, it throws off their usual brain pattern and they tend to not know how to deal with you

are the kids able to put up a good fight? > yes > are they intelligent enough to know when to back away and search for keys? > yes > i will fight the neighbor to buy them time
or alternatively if the answer is no, i ditch them and look for keys myself

I think it would actually be more cool to see players do "sacrifices for the team" type of play style. Knowing your friend can get the last key you stay back and distract the neighbor, risking your life, but possibly saving the round
