It's important to have a system that will stop people from simply heading out when they have a bad roll, or the neighbor is catching them. however it can be deployed so much better.

Literally as I listed over 10 times now or so, one person is ALWAYS going to be in those lobbies, and if you're unlucky enough you'd be stuck in there for god knows how long.
