Cameras (yeah i know people pitched this before)

However for me, i think Mr. Peterson would keep his cameras in his panic room. The neighbor could pick one up (to a max of let's say 3) and put them on the walls. Via his panic room he can then monitor and possibly trigger gates manually through the cameras.
