Yes, XBOX has this too. It usually temporarily fixes after restarting the game or just waiting a few minutes. They are not ignoring us. Just because they don't immediately make a post on all social platforms doesn't mean they aren't taking action. They are telling us what they are doing. We literally got a giant roadmap. In case you didn't notice. They have been trying to get rid of the cheaters and hackers, like every update. They aren't easy to get rid of and since Steam isn't the only platform, they also have to fix bugs exclusive to their other platforms and many priorities their extremely small group has to juggle themselves. Best thing you can do is be patient and supportive to them. Please, just give them a break. They've gone through a lot for you guys. They do hear us and are trying their best. They're quiet because they don't want to make promises they can't carry out. But they will pull through like always. At least stop the negative feedback until after the roadmap finishes, please. We'll see where the game is then.

No, this is unrelated. this is a bug that can happen rarely even to normal players, you can hit the neighbor all you like but they won't drop a kid. They'll take damage still so if you can kill them you'll save them.
