I am working on a concept called SN Missions

i'd LOVE the possibilities of missions.

Where in the rounds you can optionally go out of your way to find little collectables

But each time you find a collectable it gives you a hint on how to find the next one

And there is a new UI on the lobby that is basically a bill board

And on the billboard are post it notes with question mark on them

Each time you find a collectable

One of the questions disappear

And instead it gives you an image of the collectable along with a description that you can read by clicking it

The description will give a hint to finding another collectable

And it will be kind of like a story that you put together

And once you fill your bill board you get a cosmetic and a trophy and tickets and each update to the game adds new billboard missions

So it'd be like a mini story that'd provide tickets. I love it.

Wait...would you be able to go back for older missions since they give you trophies?

Each collectable you find / each slot on the bill board you complete gives you tickets, but when you complete all the missions on that billboard you get a trophy and cosmetic

And yes you could go back

Here's an example of a mission for map 1 -

You find a newspaper on map one that turns out to be a weather report. Once you pick up the newspaper it appears on your bulletin board and when you click on it you get a description: "a news report about the strange weather in raven brooks... what would the neighbor have to do with it? The numbered switches inside his house must have to do with it"

Then this would hint at mayak

Which would be one of the other missions you could complete

Now idk if I like events such as mayak being a mission

I think missions should be things that anyone can do in quick game

Anyway this concept is pretty long and there are some things I haven't thought of yet

I will continue to brainstorm and then probably create an image to represent what the bulletin board would look like and how missions would work

Then I'll make a feedback post

there needs to be some code in this game that makes it so that 2 keys cant spawn within a certain radius of each other.

because when 3 keys spawn in the same room it makes it so that the kids can stay together and still win basically instantly

and the whole point of the game is that the kids split up to find keys.

There also needs to be a thing where if you are stunned you can't take damage. So no matter how many times you get box spammed if they hit you while you are already stunned your health still won't go down

and make it so if you leave a match you just can't play for a certain amount of time, or you lose some coins

Each time you leave you get 5 minutes of time out, after the time is over you can play normal rounds but you can't earn daily quests until you win, if you leave while you have a penalty the time increases by another 5 minutes, but can never go over 30 minutes
