You now can just get scared randomly when in the darkness or alone, after a while you start to hear your heart beat and then you start seeing things

And you get a 0.2 second period after you are stunned in which you can't take damage

So if you get box spammed you might get stunned a bunch but you only take damage once while you are stunned
