Late reply but I voted detective in hopes his 2nd ability would be reworked. You need to be familiar with the map layout in order to unlock it, but at the point where you are familiar with the map, there's no point to using it.

This has been an idea before but I have an idea on how it could actually work

For each class (kid classes at least) there are 2 skill sets you can choose from, these skills have 2 - 3 abilities, but you can only choose one set of them and each skill set has different abilities

Each skill set would have the same base/main ability

For example: if you were detective and you chose skill set A, than you would still have field intel as your main ability. And if you chose skill set B, your other abilities would be different but you still have field intel as your base

People keep asking for new kid classes I think this might work better than introducing new kids

But the stun time and the unforgiving fall damage was the most annoying parts of the gameplay, plus being neighbor would've been a living nightmare if people had the skill they do today back then

I can't really say old SN is nostalgic because I didn't play until around 6 months ago

I don't have any shared fun memories of SN other than being there to watch YouTube playthroughs

Minecraft is the only game I can say has nostalgia for me but that's just because I was obsessed with that game at age 8 or 9 when I first saw it
