The room has existed for years, it is the way the player has to report. I did not create the room or the instructions in it, when I arrived, I was told how things worked.
The entire moderation team was instructed this way and if you think the room is useless and that it should be another way it is not by cursing the discord manager that something will change.
You are not children, you know how to send DM, write an email and some of you are even proud to talk to the devs team. If you have a better solution than the one used for years do it the right way.

That issue happens (at least on Steam's case), when you exit a match, for some reason, it thinks you're on the custom game tab. So it pops up with that error message when you try to press "Find Game". Just click the Quick Game tab, and it'll fix the issue.

If you did have a "Network connection failure", you wouldn't even be able to login.
