so a player could keep their game set on english and speak russian

So there is a slight delay with Steam's API when you wishlist the game and SN detects it. The developer told me to make your profile public, play 1-2 games and it will appear in a bit. Just takes time.

Restarting steam and making sure the patch is downloaded too.
