i liked the guest dragging you to his place
literally the only thing I am complaining about is the main goal progression
and AI being frustraiting at times but it's not even the guest
I get it, I guess you do got a point.
I feel like they have the same weight
The form asks what was the most memorable moment
but every npc kinda feels same-ish

would make the thing really useful

My main way to deal with vandals is by knocking them out and kinda just give them to the guest

Crowbars are extremely effective agains boards on doors and windows. Generally there is always multiple alternatives ways to get somewhere which is even faster. 🙂

I think my biggest gripe with hello neighbor 3 right now, is it feels like there is absolutely no coherence with one and two right now. Like, the town doesn't look similar to two, Mr Peterson somehow grew a lot taller despite being a lot older (?) And I mean I don't know. I really like the general gameplay, but I really hope that this actually fully connects with the first two games. I wanted to feel like a true trilogy.

and the only thing that has not been fix in the pre aplha is the item holding animations like when you holding a item in your first person perspective you only see your body and ur arms down not holding the item even you are holding it

Fair, but you also got to remember, hello neighbor 1 was just about the house, and hello neighbor 2 was about the town. So that gives hello neighbor 2 an actual need to look different from hello neighbor 1. So even though three takes place many years after the first two games, that shouldn't give it a reason as to why everything is now on like a giant hill and it just so happens that everything except Mr Peterson's house changed.
So I mean I don't know, I'm conflicted. I really like the game as it is right now, and the new town layout, although it's confusing, isn't bad in itself. I just really want that continuity, that's all.

I dont think the new one is bad, if they are changing EVERYTHING and making it basically a completely separate thing from the first two, then I guess its fine. But the style of the first and second games are definitely better.

I somewhat agree. The old neighbor wouldn't fit perfectly with the new art style, but i dont really like the new design. Somewhere in between would be nice.
the new design shows how much hes aged but unless you've played other hello neighbour games alot before, you cant really tell hn1 / hn2 neighbour and hn3 neighbor are the same character, personally i love the design
I liked the game. It's kind of cool. Probably the only problems that concern only me are as follows - I love learning the game, I like to explore every corner. In Residence Evil, I completely clear the map on the first playthrough, because I like to study xd.
But in HN 3, time is limited, because of this I have to replay again and again. Which is not bad, it's just this type of gameplay.
But for me, it later turned into a routine In general.
And by the way, it's a bit of a shame, because there is really something to study there. There are a lot of interesting things there. The map is not blank and it's very cool🤩
I still don't understand the art style, it began to move towards something more realistic. Which may not be bad, but it seems that the game's personality has been lost due to the fact that the assets are now realistic. For me, it doesn't feel like "hello neighbor art style"
I also have a problem with the way the player moves. The feeling of the player's movement feels uncomfortable for me
well, that is.. movement feels very simple. And I want something more interesting. like rocking when walking, or something like that. And so far the feeling of a flying camera. But this is pre alpha and I think this will change :p
Well, it seems to me that the environment has become more even, I did not have problems with motion sickness this time. Maybe I'm just used to it. But this is really pleasing.
But in general, the game left a positive impression. The game worked well for me On
Windows 10 RTX3050ti 4GB 16RAM i7-118000 At high settings, Full HD at 60 FPS was quite stable. I'm not sure if lumens turned on, though. Because at launch, the game asked to update the graphics card drivers for DRX12. But they are downloaded. I'm not sure if I really had high settings regarding lumens.
Ngl one thing I love about this is the posters hinting at food making you faster

I do like your perspective on this game. I believe with the artstyle they're trying something new, they're trying to revolutionize what hello neighbor is.
This part is made by the original creator of the prototypes (iirc), I believe he has a proper vision of what the game was supposed to be and I really see it. The artstyle is just so cozy, it's like looking outside a window during fall while wrapped up in a blanket and at the same time feeling like someone is watching you with malicious intent...
P.S. I'm sort of an explorer too, lol, I sometimes completely avoided the main path when I played the last of us 1 and 2 just to get a cool little collectible. Somehow I still don't have all of them 
True, they need to retcon some things and work with a new, less confusing story. I wonder how they'll handle hn3's lore...
Yes, everything feels really cozy. but allegedly... Globally, nothing would change if the textures were more stylized. and not semi-realistic. But maybe this problem is that it is simply not finished yet. At least you can see the direction from some assets. Or maybe they are still experimenting. But it is interesting to find out what will happen next. In general,

Personally, I like the realism. It makes everything uncanny by blending stylized with realistic and it works really well
it just makes turning really slow if you have high fps and make you spin if you have low fps
The art style being the way it is, is due to it being a metaphor to how corporate greed ruins the environment
at least its more optimized though, prototype 3 ran at like 15-20 fps for me, while the pre-alpha runs at around 35-45 fps, which is way better for sure

the game heavily focuses on Golden Apple corporation, and how the destructive said company has been towards the town, which will explain why the art style is so depressing, its a metaphorical aspect

While it's true Hello Neighbor 3 IS spooky, they're not doing for a horror approach, as the horror genre is very limiting for a game like Hello Neighbor

it doesn't work in the other games since the error script stuff was an ARG starting sometime in either Alpha 3 or Alpha 4
which builds up to the weird world where you have to erase the neighbor's AI

The fact that it drags you is to give you a chance to break free and escape, otherwise, it would be incredibly annoying. The game is quite long, and to get killed and have to start all over again for just two seconds without turning around would be awful.

And also the guest killing mechanic should be a process instead where he takes you to a placr and you have a health bar and you have to attempt to get him off while he “shreds you” or else the health runs out and you die

It could help the game flow better
Say you finally got the museum bridge handle but you're too late into a run
Instead of that being for almost nothing you could store it
Grab it at the start of your next run
And enjoy more time doing the later on stuff rather than repeating the exact same series of events again
Would allow for more personalised experiences imo
And decreases the rush push nature this game has
Overall new pre alpha is great. But there's one problem with chasing sequences inside buildings. Like you always bumping into walls or closed doors and this kinda exhausting. It may be my only problem but yeh.

They suddenly spot me while not looking or get mad at me for something I did in a completely different building
It's just a lot jankier and less telegraphed than hn2 for example
they start running a marathon towards their house when they sense that i entered
They also never leave you alone
They are either supehumans or down syndrome patients
they could be in a whole another country
