At first I didn’t like the idea of P3 being the FG map, though looking at it more it’s actually a great decision as it will get a lot of polishing and details to looks way better in the art style, of course you gotta keep in mind that P3 map is just the earliest version of the FG map.

It wouldn't work well if a lot of characters are chasing you at the same time, how would they combat that? it's also just less immersive if a loud chase theme starts playing for literally no apparent reason if you don't even know what's happening, I found it much more scary when you don't even know that you are being chased until you are caught suddenly

The way I'm fairly sure HN3 works is that, HN2 and it's locations and characters don't interfere with HN3
it's HN1 to HN3.
it's basically Nikita's vision of what HN2 would have been and in HN2 the banner had a purpose, being Quintin's place of residence, it wouldn't serve a purpose in HN3 unless there was a character that had a job there but that's sort of unlikely, if the banner were to return as a location, it would probably be more like a radio station, and would look very different.

But it seems like HN3 doesn't take any inspiration or ideas from HN2 besides the core gameplay loop within a town, messing around with residents and discovering secrets, HN3 does take heavy inspiration from HG/Early HN2 though, with the storm, the guest itself, and the amusement park, so i'd expect a character like Mith to appear in some form or concept, more then any other HN2 character, since the vandals were already brought back from HG.
