Secret Neighbors mechanics and gameplay as of now would probably cause issues in trying to build that into the game, the team behind SN would have to put a lot of effort, IMO if they did want to make an RBO after HN3 I’d say add it as a feature mode to the base game for HN3 that can be played co-op or by yourself as replay ability.

The final game is planned to have town with many secrets and mysteries and our goal is to make exploration and unraveling fun and interesting. So it’s the type of game to take a snack, cup of tea and just fall into exploration. With no hurry. At your own pace and total freedom, where everything you come up with is “right” as long as it works for you.
