1. Download the .pak file.
2. Locate HN2 .exe directory.
3. In there, open the "HelloNeighbor2" folder, in it the "Content" folder, and in there the "Paks" folder.

I hope it will be a bit more well executed. In the HN2 alphas it was great in concept but the execution varied, sometimes it made the game too easy because you could keep hitting the guest over and over and he couldn't do anything about it. And of course there were some animation bugs. 😅

But I know that you wouldn't put it in the game if you knew it wouldn't work, so I'm excited to see how it will look.

EXACT reason why I believe publishing early builds for a game is a bad and weird idea, people will treat it like the full product, false information and people being dissatisfied with things along with others.

Don't use others being dumb as a reason to stop doing something fun for fans

It may be fun and creative content along with feedback, but there’s a very good reason why little to no development teams publish their builds to the public, sure Tech Tests are good with limited time availability and such, but to just make your early internal builds flat out public is a bad move, HN1 and HN2 both suffered bad opinions and hate largely do to dissatisfaction with the final products correlating back to the alphas, you want people to buy and play your game, if some small groups of people don’t like the final product and would rather the old builds they won’t get or play the full game, HN2 is a good example of why releasing your builds is a bad idea, so much criticism towards the full game is its lack of content compared to the early builds and ideas not being there, (An example I like to use a lot) Halo Infinite had more than half of its content scrapped throughout its development, but you won’t know that because you never saw or played their builds and test builds, because again why would you make that completely public for anyone.

Final versions are usually made later in development,this logo is trying new things because this is at a prototype stage of a game where trying out new things is whats its trying to do i could honestly go with either logo but i prefer the old

They're not really trying new concepts per se, Nikita knows what he wants the game to be. Besides that, many games define their branding early in development, staying consistent is good it will eliminate confusion later.
The logo for HN2 was created when the game was in alpha, and it stayed throughout the entire development.
This doesn't have to be the final version but it will most likely look very similar to this if it doesn't stay.

Not like it changed that much in the first place, some elements shifted, colors changed, it got more polished.
