I’m guessing there will be subtle nods to HN2 and some of the characters. Wouldn’t surprise me if any unused ideas got added to HN3 as well.

also nothing that happens in the game matters. Like everything Quentin does is undone by the point the game ends. The only way it might affect the lore is that the neighbor breaks his back
