Well if you've played HN1, H&S, HN2 or RBO Prototype and they've happened to support it, then yes, HN3 will also support it.

Proper Unreal Engine resolution selectors are handled by the engine itself where it checks to see what resolution and aspect ratio the process is being ran on, so again, shouldn't be too difficult for them.
