Bring Back Halloween Theme for Halloween

Re-add the Halloween theme this Halloween, or even better, have it check the system time, if its between october 25 to november 1, use the Halloween textures!

i will do a systen for automatically set holiday themes, unaffortunatelly that system takes time, an due we take a scrum methodology i can not add this system right now since it would literally make all the other tasks be a week later all for 5 days of themes
