Other parties:
The second biggest party is the Reform Party (a mix of the American reform party and the Canadian reform party) and is the main conservative party, it’s also going through a power struggle from the Preston manning and the Ross Perot OC’s (who both happen to be from the texas/alberta province funny enough)
The Labor party is like the party that critiques your party from a more ideological perspective and is super pro-union and social democratic (it’s also led by this universe's equivalent to Jimmy Hoffa with all that that entails who also happens to be a woman too).
The social credit party is the most wacky of the big parties as it has social credit economic policy but is also very environmentally friendly while at the same time being VERY socially conservative (AKA the crackpot party)
The rest of the seats are for the smaller parties (communist party or example) and lots of single issue parties

Kalrad specific features:
It carries over the Rizia building mechanics
Depending on your choices you can merge parties
elections will happen midway through the game and depending on your choices you can gain or lose seats
Kalrad is a parliamentary republic however the prime minister acts more like a president

# green smelt you can make suggestions if you want it's still a new idea

Kalrad specific features: (wanted to amend some things)
It carries over the Rizia building mechanics due to your supermajority in the legislature
Depending on your choices you can merge parties
If you fuck up hard enough the legislature will hold a vote of no confidence against you on turn 10 and if you lose it you can either end the game early or try to run again as either an independent or continue on as Progress party chairmen (on shakier ground and you will have to fight a couple other power hungry MP’s to)
Also midterm elections happen on turn 7 and depending on how well you do you can either gain or lose seats which might have to make you form a coalition with another party
