I think the countries with most potentials of DLC before this comes out is Qinal, Galmland and Agard, which the three are featured with intriguring news. Agard as a even more failed state than Wehlen, Qinal's dual power structure but with a nuanced democracy and Galmland's socialist republic make their convincing cases

I’d actually prefer if the military had little or no combat interactions in a Galmland campaign instead being used solely for power projection to get your fellow CSP states to back your right to the straights and islands.
Much like how power projection helps in the aberration processing Rizia and Vendosam civil war
War should always be a secondary or tertiary focus over other things
Sordlands primary focus is the constitution while its secondary is the economy then the rumburg situation

I doubt that Galmsland is that strong or economically powerful
It’s been under Valgslandian colonial rule for centuries and has only had around 3 decades to recover from the corruption, ethnic conflict, rescourse theft and political violence that most post colonial states go through
But it should be given the benefit of the doubt, I imagine Galmsland was treated like a home island by the Valgslandian empire so it probably focused less on siphoning natural resources to the metropole and more on trying to integrate Galmsland through building infrastructure and universities which probably left Galmsland with atleast some leftover bueuracrats to help run the country after the Valgs left
Alongside being apart of the CSP which would’ve allowed it to recover more quickly
