We have a fairly simple system. Both sides ( if there are players on Both sides) send their moves to the GM, and the GM then uses those and common sense to make a result

If it’s Player v AI, then the player sends it to the GM, and then the GM uses common sense

I was in a political sim, I and my friends did a coup with the entire military at our disposal. When some militia of 1000 poorly trained civilians rose up against us. I ordered like 25,000 military soldiers and 500 tanks to attack
