Yeah, i run it too. But have to disable it when i wanna watch ads.

And you have to force close and open app again. Ads will not directly start. Give it a min or two

It doesn't block everywhere, some ads are directly coded into apps scripts which cant be blocked

Only ads it can block is when ads are put on top of the app script and is provided by third party
