The boing 737-800 and mc21-400 are pretty good
I did look into the 737-800, and the routes suggested seemed to make a similar amount the current aircraft I have now.. is that alright? Or should I select my own route and get suggestions from there?
The dc910, in no way, makes similar income as the 738.
And you are also far off from being able to afford that anyways. Continue with dc910’s and then scale up around 40-50 dc910’s owned
But as Facro said, the popular option after the dc910 is usually the mc
I went 20x DC910 before switching to 100x MC214. But if you want to go the 737-8 route that’s fine. You definitely make less money but if you like that plane go for it.
Are there any specific routes you’d suggest? I don’t wanna overload and run out of demand yk..so what are your suggestions?
use the route bot in the bot-spam channel.
You can use the bot to find the best routes for an aircraft out of all your hubs
For example:
$routes jfk,lax,lhr b747sp none 8
$routes - the command needed
jfk, lax, lhr - the hubs I want to check
b747sp - aircraft
none - this is how you can constrain the command to certain flight times or distance. If you wanted to only see flights around 3 hours you would be 03:00 here
8 - number of flights a day
lets say you want to depart 4 times a day. your command for the DC910 would be:
$routes jfk,lax,lhr dc910 none 4
^^^
Or use the research tab. My routes won’t necessarily work for you and vice versa and it’ll be good for you to learn how to do it yourself
Okay thank you
However the routes given by the bot I already have 2 aircraft running each… and I don’t wanna drain the demand.. do you think that’s alright if I add more to those three routes?
I’m also having trouble with fuel management… I’ve run out of fuel.. my current strategy is to buy lots of fuel when it’s cheap then burn through it and then wait again… is there another way I should do??
Apologies for being so off topic
You need to input the command then download the CSV file under it. That will give you a big list. Once you have that downloaded. Just go down the list and create routes in order.
DO NOT put multiple planes on a single route unless the bot specifically says multiple aircraft can fly that route
