#Discrepancy between bot reported income and actual income

To be fully transparent my bot settings is set to 99% load however, this near 200k discrepancy should not occur especially when my reputation is at 91%. Is there something I did wrong? Please note the highlighted section is the correct price setting for the route shown in the other picture.

I hope this is not because Sydney is just a bad hub because I was also perplexed when I operated my 727s to see a concerning difference in actual income to the bot's calculated income.

your hub only affects your demand

#

there's a downward deviation of up to 12-15% of your reputation as well

#

as you can see your load is only 75.6%

for example, say you have a plane with 100 seats of the same class

#

with reputation at 95 it's possible to only have 80 seats filled

olive radish
#

Is this as low as it can go

gusty shale
#

it's as low as i've observed

#

your incident shows a negative deviation of 15.4%

olive radish
#

Oof that hurts

#

So i guess it’s also a game of chance except it’s kind of rare to get your plane load matching your reputation?

#

correct

#

but your negative deviation is a flat number tacked on your reputation% so it helps to keep it high, arguably more so

#

the numbers slightly change if you use autoprice, but autoprice tends to be worse for profit

as a side note, you should probably constrain the bot

#am4-community-guides message

#

(always disable cramming, don't listen when it says it's not recommended)

appending a ! to the trips/day value in the command forces the bot to only assume one plane is on any given route

olive radish
#

Yep saw it so does this make it churn out routes that are like 3 trips x 1 a/c

#

Would there be other constraints other than disabling the cramming

gusty shale
#

flight time and trips/day are the important ones, but also remember to account for modifications

#

only the speed mod actually affects the routes, so if you're not pressed about the theoretical maximum profit being accurate, you're good
