Is there a common denominator to the A/C Overview sort?

I recently noticed the A/Cs are not always listed in order as "last landed at the top of the list."

Anyone understand how this list is sorted?

They're sorted by age: your oldest planes will always appear on top

great question, i took a look and the oldest plane you bought are always at the top. more specifically, it is ordered by ascending internal aircraft id.
