It usually takes 3-4 days......but if Dev's are busy with some work it may take a little while.

@teal bear I uploaded mine about 2 weeks ago... I think it took about 4 days, possibly slightly longer - I kept checking for the first 2 days, then forgot about it, and then a few days later I logged in and it had been accepted.

Recently there were few issues with game and some players also didn't get the packs they purchased and all......so the support team has priority list, based on them they determine how important the problem is or not
They solve them in order

@hollow gale yep, there's been a few problems with the game, depending on what platform you play on. In my alliance, there's been a long time players who became suddenly inactive for days - and it came down to problems logging in and crashing apps. Most are back now, so it seems to be on its way to sorted

One of my frnd lost his whole account that he worked on for 5 months.....trophy compensated him with cash value of his fleet and all BP he had.....man its so sad things like this can happen to anyone
He was logged in through Google account and still trophy support couldn't figure out how his account was lost frm the servers......

Yeah, its sad. I'm glad Trophy compensated though, but there's a part of this game where you invest more than money - I've never made more calculations for any other game than this. From an alliance POV, you wonder, have these people just given up, or are they struggling to get into their accounts? How long do you wait?
