You can improve your reputation through Campaigns (Eco-Friendly or Airline Reputation)

I believe you can also get a permanent reputation increase from hubs

yes, you can get 10% permanent reputation by having 10+ hubs, but know that if you abandon any of them before 10 you will permanantly lose those points.

Yeah, your first 10 hubs increase your rep by 1% each.

And yeah, only the 10 hubs, plus the marketing will increase repitation. Those are the only ways
