You should be completely fine. Those planes make millions of dollars of profit a day. So you'll just be losing 1m of that a day to staff. But you should have more than enough to keep growing.
Keep leveling up and put it all into staff training then eventually you can cut all those pays
I've seen much worse, guys on here with a fleet of some ATRs making like 2m total money daily all up, and they've stuffed with wages and stuck paying multiple millions daily. In that situation yeah, gotta reset

Staff morale just effects flight capacity. Once your morale drops to poor or something, below 50% then you get a reduction in how many people are on your flights. But other then that it doesn't
