i've got a pretty small airline, and Ive been losing money pretty frequently, as i went from 5.9 Million last week to trying to balance out at 3.6 to 4 million, and with less passengers and making less than 1K per passenger in the same time i was making around 1.6K per passenger with less aircraft. my aircraft have been less Full and making less money than ever, and i think its staff happiness' fault. the message appearkng "staff happiness is low" appears on every flight i depart and i dont know how tô improve the situation

Okay cool. So firstly, if you increase all your employee wages untill their happiness is above like 70%, how much does rhat cost you. And is that somewhat affordable?

You basically need to put all your training points Into all 4 of those on the left of the management training g

#

Once you do that, you're able to increase your staff morale to the max, while also keeping their wages to the minimum.

So right now, I'd probably just double their wages to get morale back up (it will only cost you an extra 60k a day). And then keep flying and buying planes. Every time you level up, put it into management training g

Because the only other real option is to restart your company from scratch

You definitly shouldnt be losing money. I saw your fleet from a couple days ago, you had 3 dc-9-10s and 2 bae 146's. Those alone should make at least a million in profit daily. Your staff expenses are only 60k.
Maybe your losing money because your morale is so low it means you arent filling up your seats on your flights. But like I said, double your wages, untill moral isnt effect flights, then start sending them. You should still be able to make a profit. Also, sell the cessna 172 and Phenom 100 if you havn't already

my morale is back to nornal, i have sold my cessna and phenoms, still not making enough money

im back to profit, but still around 100K a day only

and also, maybe its my reputation, its around 35% or three stars and a half

and i still dont have the money nor the planes for a new hub, not even the necessity for it

also another thing, i Just departed an DC-9-10 with 9 passengers in economy out of 90, in a Very privileged route with lots of demand

only made 10K

a BAe 146-300 Just took off with 30 people and made 11K, the fuel tô that route (GRU-SDU) costs more

im gaining 10% of what i should, in that route i should have made 40K per departure

There is no reason you should be losing money with your fleet. You should be making over a million a day.

You need to buy the eco friendly marketing, as well as the airline reputation marketing. The highest 4 hour one

You need to buy both marketing's. Buy the eco friendly thay lasts 12 hours, then buy the airline reputation thay lasts 4 hours, but buy the highest price one

#

Try to buy fuel below 500, and co2 below like 140. And you should be able to make a decent amount of money a day

Are you actually struggling with sending flights and buying fuel /co2/marketing, or are you just basing that you're losing money from the finance menu?

Early game like you, I'd try to avoid buying fuel at 1k if you can. Try to always top up when it's low.

You basically need to work out the profit you make without marketing. And the profit you make with marketing. And then you'll know if it's worth it

If you make 1.4m more profit with marketing. Then yes it's worth it

#

One thing though, is that marketing cost increases with every single plane you purchase. So if you buy a lot of cheap planes, your marketing will get quite expensive but won't make you much money because your planes are so bad. But once you get some bigger planes it is 100% worth it

#

For example, I pay 2.6m all up for both marketing. And that makes me about 20m more profit then without it

You can actually go use the bot to check your profit with and without marketing

#

Type in "$settings set load .35"

#

And that will change your marketing to 35%. Then run your routes to see the profit in each one

Then type "settings set load .85" and redo those same routes. Then you can compare how much you'll make

But yeah, work out if marketing is worth it for you. Keep buying fuel and co2 cheap. And you should be fine. It will just take a while but you'll get there eventually
